ForexApi's Terms and Conditions Agreement explains the terms and conditions under which you are able to use the ForexApi Platform and other services provided by ForexApi. Please read carefully this Terms and Conditions document and keep a copy of it for your reference.

BY USING FOREXAPI PLATFORM YOU EXPRESS YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT AS WELL AS OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

1. Definitions

• Terms/Agreement refers to the latest version of this Terms and Conditions document.
• We/Us/ForexApi refers to ForexApi DMCC, the Platform, and their developers and affiliates.
• Site refers to the website of ForexApi available at forexapi.net.
• Services refers to the services provided by ForexApi.
• Platform refers to the Site, Software, and Services collectively.
• User/You refers to any person or legal entity registering for or using our Services.
• Third-Party refers to any application, website, natural or legal entity other than ForexApi, the Platform, or their affiliates.

• Business Plan
  • Pay as you go pricing
  • Up to 100 trading accounts
  • Advanced API features
  • Priority WebSocket streams
  • Ticket support
  • Private documentation
• Enterprise Plan
  • $500/monthly (Base Infrastructure Fee) plus pay as you go pricing
  • Unlimited trading accounts
  • Full API access
  • Dedicated API and WebSocket servers
  • 24/7 priority support
  • Telegram Direct support
  • B2B contract required

B. Payment Terms

• ForexApi only accepts payment in USDT
• All fees are non-refundable
• Services will automatically renew if sufficient balance is maintained
• Services will be automatically suspended if balance is insufficient

C. User Verification

• All users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification
• Business users must complete Know Your Business (KYB) verification
• Required documentation may include government ID, proof of address, and business registration documents
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator is mandatory

D. Service Availability and Support

• Support hours and response times vary by service plan
• System maintenance and downtime will be communicated in advance when possible

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information during KYC/KYB verification
• Maintain adequate account balance for service continuity
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not share or transfer account access
• Not use the service for any illegal activities

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to ForexApi.

5. Service Limitations

• ForexApi does not guarantee 100% uptime
• May suspend services without notice for insufficient funds
• Is not responsible for trading losses or decisions
• Reserves the right to modify services and pricing with notice

6. Termination

ForexApi may terminate services for violation of these Terms, insufficient funds, suspicious or illegal activities, or at its discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Changes to Terms

ForexApi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
